Creating Native Plant Portraits: Botanical Beauty and Ecological Relationships with Printmaking
Choose a plant to observe and study. Observe and draw the identifying leaf shape, growth habit, and flowers or fruit structures. Research ecological relationships the plant has with other species. Choose some of those to draw, too. Create a design that shares what you've learned, cut a print block, and create prints of your design. Suitable for teens, families, and adults.
Please note: We do not make video or audio recordings of classes or programs available after the fact, because we believe education is interactive, with instructors and students building a community and culture of learning. Some programs may be recorded strictly for instructor-training purposes. Please visit this page to review this and other FAQs about our policies.
